Expression Analysis, Inc. is a leading provider of genomics services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, government and non-profit markets. We provide a full range of solutions in support of our clients’ clinical trial and research efforts, including experiment design, sample analysis, nucleic acid isolation, gene expression profiling, genotyping, next generation sequencing and advanced bioinformatics.
Expression Analysis was incorporated in August 2001 as the commercialization of the Microarray Core Facility at Duke University Medical Center. The Company’s initial focus was to provide high quality, high throughput microarray testing services on a single platform. Today, we offer a broad range of services across multiple platforms, including Affymetrix, Applied Biosystems, Fluidigm, Illumina, Luminex Nanostring and RainDance Technologies and coming in the 4th quarter of 2010, Pacific BioSciences. Our customers include eight of the ten largest pharmaceutical companies, numerous small to midsize biotechnology and diagnostic firms, multiple branches of government, and many leading research institutions.
Expression Analysis provides its services in compliance with 21 CFR Part 58 (Good Laboratory Practices) and maintains a robust quality system. Our quality system follows CLSI guidelines and our CLIA-registered laboratory supports GLP compliance.
Expression Analysis is located in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina.
