Expression Analysis performs genomic assays using several complementary technologies, including the following four platforms:

GeneChip® microarrays containing oligonucleotides synthesized on quartz surfaces	Microarrays containing oligonucleotide-coated silica beads in individual or multiple specimen formats
TaqMan® assays for real-time PCR or genotyping performed individually or on TLDA® cards	The Helicos™ Genetic Analysis System is the first technology capable of true direct DNA measurement.
