Illumina’s VeraCode bead system uses a unique holographic code to track from one to several hundred reactions in a single sample. This system can accommodate a wide range of applications, including RNA and DNA analysis as well as protein-based assays. Expression Analysis fully supports the Illumina platforms, including the BeadXpress reader for GoldenGate assays; the Genome Analyzer II system for genomic, epigenomic, and transcriptomic analysis; and the iScan system for high-resolution and high throughput imaging of the array-based genetic analysis products.
