Expression Analysis, Inc. Honored with Fast 50 Award
Raleigh, NC (November 17, 2007) — Expression Analysis, a leading global provider of genomic services for clinical trials, was recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in the North Carolina Research Triangle at the Triangle Business Journal's annual Fast 50 Awards ceremony. The award recognizes locally headquartered private companies based on a formula that takes into account both dollar growth and percentage rate of growth over a three-year period. To be considered companies were required to have had at least $3 million in revenue in 2006.
“We are delighted to have achieved this distinction,” said Steve McPhail, President and CEO of Expression Analysis. “The Fast 50 Award demonstrates the commitment of our employees as Expression Analysis grew from a small start-up to a leading provider of genomic services with clients including 8 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies worldwide.”
“Each of the Fast 50 companies has contributed a great deal to the Triangle community,” Charlene Grunwaldt, Triangle Business Journal publisher. “They are dynamic businesses representing diverse industries. The stories of their successes are very compelling.”
